Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your PurePawHome order. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as expected, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Email novotimesoft@gmail.com or call/text 727-403-6457 with your order number, photos if relevant, and a short description of the issue.

Eligible returns should be unused, clean, and in original condition when possible. Refunds are reviewed after the return or issue details are received.
